For anyone that likes being outside, with the onset of Spring, we’ll be practicing Kundalini Yoga, outside on the Common in Ealing. It’s such a joy to do yoga outside. My personal early morning practice usually takes place in my garden. I’m out there with the bird’s singing, pretty much most of the year round, just wear more clothes in winter, and using a nice sheepskin and warm blanket! I guess it’s not for the faint-hearted, but my health has definitely benefitted – the common cold is now banished!
At several festivals during the summer I start the day leading an early morning Yoga Class. If the weather’s good we tend to be out in the fresh air. So if you have an outside space where you’d like to do Yoga with some friends on a regular basis, let me know and I will be happy to arrange something with you. If you have an inside space and a few of you would like a private class at home, I would enjoy sharing some Kundalini Yoga and Meditation with you. It’s a great way to develop clarity and calmness and is a powerful transformative practice to share with friends. (Check out wellbeing at work for more details.)
